Where do you ship from?
I'm based in Brisbane, Australia and all my orders ship from here.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, sorry! I wanted to prioritise getting my shop up and running again first for domestic orders after a several year break. I definitely want to sort this out in 2026, so stay tuned for updates <3
When will my order ship?
I'm a one person business so sometimes if I have an event or multiple orders, processing your order might take a little longer. I try to get all orders out as soon as possible so I aim to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
How long will my order take to arrive after processing?
Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery for domestic orders (Australia). Please note that shipping delays are expected around the festive season.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
Due to the festive season, there are the usual delays with delivery around this time of year so hopefully your parcel is just a bit slow! If it hasn't arrived to you within the timeframes suggested above, please contact me and I will look into this for you.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please message me with a photo of the damage and your order details so I can help.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
I don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or customer error (incorrect address or misreading the product description). If you realise you made a mistake and the order hasn't shipped, please contact me asap and I'll do my best to help!
